Multi-Asset Depreciation Forecasting

I'm looking for assistance with an asset management project, specifically focusing on producing a depreciation forecast across diverse asset types. Key details include: - Assets in question: My company boasts a range of both tangible (including land and buildings, machinery and equipment, vehicles and transportation, furniture and fixtures. etc.) and intangible assets, as well as financial assets. - The Ultimate Goal: The primary objective of this project is to implement robust asset management practices via a comprehensive depreciation forecast. I'm seeking a professional with: Creating a excel spreadsheet that i can download my asset register into and then have the worksheet calculate future annual depreciation say to 10 years. But also allow the ability to have the individual assets to be revalued either an increase or decrease in the original asset cost. This would mean the excel sheet would need to be able to take into account prior accumulative depreciation and adjust in the year we are currently reporting in. The attached file is current assets as at 30th June 2023. No depreciation has ran for FY24 01/07/2023 to present date. I want to use the data attached and present a 10 year depreciation forecast taking into account impairment , asset indexation and revaluations. - Solid exposure to financial planning and analysis, particularly around asset management. - Experience in conducting depreciation forecasts. - A deep understanding of both tangible and intangible assets, as well as financial assets. An individual well-versed in accounting standards and valuation methodologies would be an excellent fit for this role.
