Spreadsheet help

I have an existing spread sheet and some of the formulas are not calculating the way I need them to. The on the key the working days should reflect the total days of the year minus the holidays we put in on the Company holidays tab. This does not seem to be working. Also we would like to have each employees calendar, ( from the drop down) reflect the key color according to the leave tracker tab. For instance, if Alyssa had 3 excused absences, 1 unexcused absence, 2 excused tardys, and 1 excused early departure according to the leave tracker tab, it would reflect not only on the key on the calendar view but possibly show on the day in that color so we could possibly see a trend.
