Virtual Assitant for maintaing personal travel bookings -- 2

I need a virtual assistant who can maintain personal travel bookings for myself and family on travel websites like makemytrip, irctc, etc. They need to convert them to a spreadsheet and manage them on ongoing bases- notify me of any cancellations to be done, remind me for bookings of any upcoming travel etc. I usually have about 2-3 tickets booked per week. And end up travelling once every two weeks or so. They need to talk to me and see if I need to book tickets in advance for any upcoming travels ( plan holidays etc) and help me with managing the bookings. I can make the bookings and cancellations myself to start with. They can just manage things on a sheet and let me know when to book/cancel etc. Later on they can handle my entire travel (planning, booking, cancellation, refundsetc) , if the initial phase works out well. Timeframe would be ongoing. Budget - I would like to keep it open and decide based on what people bid for. It will be preferable if the assistant knows English and Tamil languages. Although that is not a mandatory requirement. It is enough if they just know English.
