Greetings, I am a (soon to be) former restaurant manager w/ a deep passion for customer service training & development. "Legacy Business Solutions" <[login to view URL]> is the consulting business that I've started that encompasses this specific purpose. Marketing message--> "I help/assist Restaurant Owners/Managers to administer customer service training & development by "SMART" means (video & voice conferencing)."
