Make sure that Facebook Profile pictures and postings is blocked to public visitors

We are looking for a Facebook expert to amend Privacy Settings so that no photos or postings (except profile picture) are visible to non-friends on the Facebook network. We have attempted to do so, but non-friends are still able to access a number of photos and postings. We need an expert who has experience with doing this.
