Update flash actionscript 2.0

I have an existing flash file in actionscript 2.0. It basically has multiple dropdown categories to filter data from an xml file. My requirement is that 1) I need one of the dropdown categories to initially open pre-selected. and separately, 2) I need #1 to happen via a condition/parameter depending on where the user comes from (i.e. if user comes from site A, the swf movie starts with pre-selected category, if not, the swf movie plays as it is originally). Please note that I am looking for Actionscript 2.0 master as the source file was created in 2008. My Budget is around $30. I hope it's a quick and easy work for a skilled professional.
