Need Image Preloader & Scaling Effect In ActionScript 2

Hi Everyone, I have a Flash animation that I created and I need someone experienced with ActionScript 2 to do two things for me. #1) Add a preloader for an externally loaded logo image #2) Add a scaling effect to the logo image at the end of the video For a full explanation and to view my Flash animation and an example of what I am trying to achieve, please view this link...
