Build Banner Ads - repost

We need some Banner Ads produced for various online Advertising projects. We want both a static ad to be matched by an animated/flash ad that doesn't last more than 6 seconds. We want to be able to track Various originating URL's and other important associated analytics. Additionally we want to be able to offer banner ads for various bussiness to include on their website and if a sale occurs from their traffic we need to be able to track it to their built in affiliation account. We want you to teach us how o change linking information on the back end of the banners. The sizes we are looking at are: - Dimensions: 300x250 - Formats accepted: Animated GIF, JPEG, Flash, HTML - Maximum file size: 35kb Flash/HTML, 20kb GIF/JPEG - Dimensions: 728x90 - Formats accepted: Animated GIF, JPEG, Flash, HTML - Maximum file size: 35kb Flash/HTML, 20kb GIF/JPEG - Dimensions: 160x600 - Formats accepted: Animated GIF, JPEG, Flash, HTML - Maximum file size: 35kb Flash/HTML, 20kb GIF/JPEG - Dimensions: 640x480 - Formats accepted: Animated GIF, JPEG, Flash, HTML - Maximum file size: 35kb Flash/HTML, 20kb GIF/JPEG Others include: 60x468, 88x31, 120x120, 120x40 120x60, 120x90, 120x600, 125x125, 130x33, 140x70, 150x38, 160x600, 234x60, 240x400, 250x250, 392x72, 468x60 - Formats accepted: Animated GIF, JPEG, Flash, HTML - Maximum file size: 35kb Flash/HTML, 20kb GIF/JPEG The Ads will include our Logo and will include slightly different copy each time.
