flash banner advertisement

We are searching for someone with experience in flash banner advertisement design. We are working in the field of nutrition and health and at the moment, we need one flash banner about some products. The product pictures and the product-text (in German) will be allocated by us, but the additional pictures, the general design and animation is free up to you. The 100%-size of the banner should be 160px wide and about 600px high. Then resized for 120px wide and 500pxhigh. In the end, the banner should include a link provided by us. This is for a google image for adwords. We will show you an exact example of what we want done and provide product images for the ad. Additionally, we need a stable picture in the same design and size as the flash banner. (This picture will be displayed instead of the banner, if someone cannot see flash banners - e.g. iPhone, iPad, ....) The designer we are looking for should have experience with the necessary graphical software and should be willing to provide revision until we are all satisfied with the banner. Future opportunities: If you provide a good job we can offer you additional projects in the field of banner advertisment design. We would be very happy to find someone for a long term collaboration.
