flash designer needed for easy project (2 jpg to swf)

1. I have a couple jpg files that need to be in 2 formats (.gif aniimation) and (.swf) 2. The 3 jpg files i have attached need to be changed to (.swf) and (.gif animation) with a little design added 3. you can check the (.zip) file attached to see what i mean ======================== [login to view URL] file > i need the computer lights to blink [login to view URL] file > i need to show the two sending files (digital file transfer excahge) or something That's it, really simple
