Graphics designer needed

Looking for a very RELIABLE graphic designer for various projects. No automated responses as they will just be ignored. First project is to sketch a headphone for a logo and will start immediately. Banner design and flash banner work to commence shortly. attached is a business card design that needs to be reworked, The headphone needs to be less detailed and just a "quick" sketch. No furry look! The final output should be vectorized and outputted in Illustrator with pantone colors embedded. The chosen graphic designer MUST have print and web experience.
