Need a freelancer Silverlight UI Designer

Hello to all, We are interested to hire a freelance UI designer to work on our out of browser application. While we have the basic layout completed we need someone to help us bring the application to the next level - this will include overall design of the UI, Controls, Buttons, Icons. The qualified candidate must be an expert in Expression Blend a tool that is used to design Silverlight applications. Candidate should be an expert in the below mentioned applications.
