Design home of WordPress site + fix twitter to blog plugin

Finalise design elements to my Wordpress Suffusion Site. Home page Change heading section background colour and writing colour Insert new logo Move drop down menu to another spot on the page Insert gallery on homepage - provide 5 images for gallery Incorporate copy or words onto those 5 images in a funky font Reformat tag cloud Remove Suffusion footer text Small task on another page There are little icons that are green in colour. I would like them to change to another colour when you hover over them. 4-5 more minor style / design changes but those are the main ones there listed. Plugin details WP-Twitter does not work. Please fix it too.
