Needs graphics,flash & design on a newsite

I have got old site redesigned with custom made templates and spent all $$$ i [login to view URL] i need sincere designer who can help me put some life with graphics & flash.I have all lined up for the right [login to view URL] much of the data needed to be added ,just rearrangement of data,menu & pages interlinking (modified)and I will co-ordinate and also do the copywriting ,when i get a willing [login to view URL] are millions of fotos available and millions of websites already running on the [login to view URL] hurry but sooner the better and with a commitment that my 'Mesiah' gets paid after a satisfactory demo on his server. But remember I can spend no more that $100 or [login to view URL] $150 ,that is what I can afford.[NO NEGOTIATIONS ON $$$]cheaper the better It is about 10pages site but does not need all of the pages to be done. if u agree then mention "meengai" in your bid,so that i know that you are true listener. This project will follow with more projects but only to that individual or team who do not outsource this further and remain in total control of this project.
