Website ReDesign Logo Layout Template

Hello, I need a Redesign for my website. Please see it here: http://www.CarCommunities.Com. I don't mind the layout/location of everything on the site, but I would like to change the colors. The main colors for the site will need to be Red, Black, White, & Grey. (Same colors as the logo shown on the site) For an VERY BASIC example, please see the attached image. I would like to have something that looks better than this basic example, but it is just to show you what I mean by changing the colors. This basic example was made using Paint. My site is for Car Enthusiasts, so anything that looks sporty and related to cars will be great. Please submit your ideas on the message board.
