Adobe Flash Vocal Recorder and Audio Mixer ( For online karaoke singing)

I would like to have a Flash Components that does the following for online Karaoke Singing. 1. Have a setting wizard that make sure it has permission to access the Mic or Line In, on the user's PC ( this is required as part of Flash's Privacy setting). The initial configuration wizard to do the necessary settings and permission etc. 2. Record the Singer's voice ( vocal tracks) upon a button pressed. It should have various audio effects such as Reverb, Echo etc. Reverb alone should be fine... such as Small, Mid Hall, High ( Large Hall) etc. 3. Microphone/Line In Recording Level Adjustment 4. Distortion control from High Level Microphone Input ( because of #3 above). 5. It should be able to mix the voice and audio track of the Karaoke while recording. 6. The final output should be saved as WAV or any other compatible format at the server ( using AJAX call), which the user can play back after it is saved in the server. For example, a Play button should be enabled after the final mixed audio successfully saved in the server. The component should be independent and should be easily plugged in to our existing Karaoke Player which we already built with LRC Lyrics feature. Please don't bid if you don't have any prior experience on Flash Audio Processing APIs. I am open to ideas about the requirement and/or features. Please don't ask me what I should rate your work.
