Flash For Mobile

Hi We need somebody to make flash commercials for us. The Flash have to can run on Mobile phones (Flash Light) what we need is somebody who is good making Flashes, who also can get them down on 150-250 Kb so they still are looking good on mobile phones. Also we need you to make a program who can convert a small film to flash or something else so it can be send out on mobile phones (200-300KB is max sending on MMS for mobile) and still be good quality. You also have to make a program who can convert the flashes to Gif or other picture media for sending out to older phones who not have flash installed today.
