Football Pool

I would like to create a website that can host my office football pool. It would have a max of 200 players. Each player would need his/her own login password so no one else could access their selections. Weekly, each player would need to login and select the winner in 15 different games (which, I, the administrator would choose each week). Once, I put in the results, rankings for the week and yearly cumulative rankings should be provided. I also include a tiebreaker each week as well which is usually the total points accumulated in a specific game. I have an Excel spreadsheet that will do this now that may be helpful. But I have to copy and paste everyone's picks when they send them to me. I am trying to save some time here by allowing everyone to post their own selections without me needing to be the middle man. I found a free prgram called ASP football pool but it was for the NFL instead of college and I do not know anything about this programming so I could not modify it. That may be a jumping off point as well.
