I am at concept stage. I know pretty clearly the functionality that I want. It is a weekly competition amongst members to submit the best solution to a problem. Let's give the game a code name of Crypto, Members pay money into their Crypto account. Every time they play the game by sending an entry, some money is deducted from their account. Their entries are initially not visible to other players. At a particular deadline, judges shortlist the winning three entries. Those three entries are published on the site. The community votes which of the three entries is best. The prize money is credited to the three winners' accounts. The game operates on a weekly cycle. I would like the app to contain a discussion blog. I am thinking initially of building a Facebook App and then rolling out to IOS and Android later. As a start-up, I am looking for a very cost-effective App developer.
