Paid Online Surveys/Interviews

We are PHD students writing a research paper on the growth and trends of Online Labour Markets such as Elance and Freelancer. We are seeking participants to complete questionnaires online or join us for Skype interviews. Selected participants will be compensated. See below for details: Criteria: 1. You need to have joined this freelancing site for at least 2 years. 2. You need to be an active freelancer on this site. This means you actively search for jobs and bid for them. 3. You need to have completed at least 5 jobs (fixed rate or hourly) through this site. 4. You need to have at least a 4.2 rating (full rating is 5.0). 5. You need to have at least 3 feedback. 6. You need to be able to complete the questionnaire or interview in English. What do you need to do if you are selected? 1. If you are selected to complete the questionnaire, you will be emailed a questionnaire of no more than 20 questions (open and close-ended). Most of the questions will ask you about your personal experiences using freelancing sites. 2. If you are selected to join us for a Skype interview, you will be asked no more than 10 questions (open-ended) by an interviewer over a Skype call. Most of the questions will ask you about your personal experiences using freelancing sites. Confidentiality: Please note that all participants and their responses will be kept confidential and anonymous. Participants will not be asked personal details such as name, age, gender etc, as the intention of the survey is to gather information on user experiences using the sites. Compensations: 1.
