Create Google Docs Fusion table Application

Create application in Google table fusion. Visual map must be created from spreadsheet attached. Share indicator is colored coded on map by table results (blue dot, red dot or yellow dot). Icon used would match table color under share indicator. Actions are : Import table Create Visual Map view that is interactive with table imported Visual Map view should show the colored icon that matches spreadsheet share indicator color for all utilities on table for a overall market share view (IE i should see 150 colored icons on map view), if I add a new utlitiy, the map should update accordingly.
