Reputation Management on the Web

I am looking for an internet expert that can remove or push down all negative information. It is very important that I give you info on myself that is relevant to my career today. Right now 90% is about my fire protection career as a fire protection engineer. Also I have hired 2 other companies that basically just wanted paid up front and a 5.0 rating before they did any work. I don't mind paying as we go because I know this takes time but I am not interested in someone that just wants a monthly fee with a bunch of empty promises.
