Create Bulk Gmail Accounts (around 1k)

I'd like to get it done asap so in the next week or so. The accounts being created without triggering google to lock them. We have found that google tends to lock the accounts if you create a number of them. Being able to setup the filtering and forwarding would be extremely helpful as well. Hi, I'm looking to create a large number of gmail accounts to be used for purchasing with our business, with a few features and hoping this can be done without manual creation. What I would like to accomplish: create gmail account with specified email address and password set the recovery email and phone number to one specified. create forwarding to a specific inbox (this may be challenging as google requires a verification code) create filters in the inbox for forwarding/never sending messages to spam The issue we are running into trying to create them ourselves, is it seems google has some type of monitoring in place we are unaware of. Even if we alternate proxy addresses, clear cache/cookies, and change MAC Address every time google is preventing us from creating more than a handful at a time.
