Looking for an experienced executive assistant to help support a busy CEO in his business and personal affairs. This role would likely require 10-20 hrs/week to start, and if things go well, 40 hrs/week or more in the near future. Please answer the following questions in casual/semi-professional language (I'm not a fan of the formal replies): 1. Are you open to full time work (40 hrs/week or more) if things go well? 2. Are you willing/able to work 9 am - 5 pm Pacific Time? 3. Are you willing/able to work on weekends? 4. What is the maximum number of hours per week you are willing/able to work? 5. I have worked as EA for one of the clients (who was owner of 2 businesses) for around 5 years. I was on maternity leave but when returned to work I was told that there isn't much work any more that could be assigned and contract was concluded. 6. Other commitments do you currently have (jobs, school, kids, etc)? I have to look after my daughter 7. Would you be able to complete all assignments/work within 24 hours? Yes for sure 9. Rate your skill/expertise in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc) on a scale of 1 to 5 5 10. Rate your skill/expertise in posting to social media on a scale of 1 to 5 3 11.
