Cross platform game app - PLEASE ACTUALLY READ FULLY!

PLEASE ENSURE YOU READ FULLY - DO NOT BID/CONTACT IF YOU CANNOT DO THIS PROJECT JUSTICE &/OR WANT TO BID OVER MY BUDGET. TRIED THIS BEFORE AND WAS SHOCKED AT THE NUMBER OF SCAMMERS & PEOPLE WHO JUST BID RANDONLY, THEN SAY THEY CANT DO IT. Hi all, I am having another go at this, and have now reduced the complexity of the project in the hope of finding serious people that can make this happen. I want a build an App that will work on all platforms. i.e iTunes Store, Google Play Store (also Android stand alone version to allow betting, as Google Play dont seem to allow this on their store), Blackberry, Windows & also a version of the App that can be played directly on a dedicated website. The App is for a Pool Game, I have given an example of a game called Pool Live Tour/PLT so you can see the type of game play and quality of graphics I require (Android version) [login to view URL] Within my budget this example app seems to be too complicated for most developers to recreate something similar and add in my changes within my budget. What I have now decided is it must have the quality of the graphics, and game play of PLT, but in a more simplified version of the game to keep costs lower. So instead of everything in this example game, I want the game play to be more simple. Say 5 simple but slightly different looking pool tables. (rather than what PLT offers) Option for FreePlay Or BetPlay. FreePlay can be a simple amount of points won for each winning game, and points deducted for games entered similar to PLT. Betting version is the key to my site I want players to be able to play against Friends, and Random opponents. They should be able to bet small amounts against each other, say from $2 each, winner gets $4 minus commision charged by my App. This would be the minimum bet. Sadly as mentioned Google Play do not allow betting apps, so the one there would need to be the FreePlay version (hopefully we can include an advert/link to the Android betting version which can be downloaded girectly from the site, rather than Google Play). I am keen to roll our multiple similar style 2 player game Apps. As soon as this one is generating revenue to cover the cost of a new App I will begin. So it's important for me to find someone that can make this all happen. Is that you? App also needs to include the standard of being able to link to Facebook & Google+ etc, so that users can add their friends and play against them. Its important that any developer bidding on this project can understand the coding physics of a pool game. i.e the movement of balls on tables, spin, swerve, bouncing of balls on cushions and pockets etc. This game must be realistic like PLT, graphics must also be as good as PLT game. If you cannot do this, do not bid please. Hopefully now you have a fair understanding of how I want my App to work, and an idea if this is something you are capable of making to a high standard for me. I have a game name and company name, you will need to be able to make the graphics for these logos, and be able to make the icon for the various platforms the app will be listed on, and the icon on peoples tablets. If you can build ALL aspects of this app and are confident you can make it professional and fully working on the different platforms I look forward to receiving your bid. :) Do not bid, if your price is over my budget, your bid will be ignored.
