Need a certain style copied as a .psd file. file will be based from the example file, but not be a total copy. I am after the same look, but all the ornaments will need to be different. Photoshop artist should have the ability to create a similar feel frame at specified size. Winning artist will need to be available on yahoo chat everyday and respond quickly to emails and requests.
