Convert Images to Vector

I need and expert designer to convert images to vector graphics. I've some interesting sketches which i want to convert into vectors so that they can be used for printing. I'm attaching two sample sketches which will give you an idea of the kind of images you'll get. Download them and convert any one of them to a vector format and send it across. I'll prefer corel draw but even illustrator will do. These images are copyrighted so you cannot use them anywhere.
