Need a Skilled Developer for Mobile Application Icons

This is going to be a brief description and will be performance based. I'm currently in the process of developing a mobile application and need a graphic designer to design 15-30 icons from animals to flowers, emoticons, and more. These need to be vibrant and really stand out.
