Design logo

I need a really good and creative designer to create a logo for my website, I already have one but is too common. I need something new something that goes with the concept of my site. As well I need a favicon derivated from the logo so you will have to do that too. I need to be able to use that logo on a T-shirt design that you will be in charge to create, so be creative (it has to be a cool design).
