Images for iPhone, icon and frames

I need 512 x 512 pixels image file for Icon for an iPhone app. The image should look like a mirror with a good frame. Also, I am looking for images that show a mirror frame on a transparent background and the image should about 320 x 460 pixels, and the mirror frame should show as borders of the image. So that I can put another image within the frames. I think it's simple enough, let me know if you have any queries about this.
