Reproduce two logos into high resolution adobe files and pdf

Hi there, i have two logos which are in jpeg images i designed in paint and i need thenm recreated into high resolutions ai files and also pdf files they must be large enough to go on the site of vans and signage on a building so you dont need to design them from scratch just blow them up and make them high resolution so they will need recreating in adobe photoshop. have attached the two images that need recreating and they will also need to be done in a few colors please for both logos, i want to spend around 50 dollers so 25 dollers each this should be an easy job for someone to reproduce them, they must also be done today i would need to see examples of them in high resolution before paying also, both the images will need to have transparant backgrounds as they will be used on vans and signage.
