VIDEO ANIMATION FOR INTRODUCTION TO COMPANY

I require a video animation to be done for our real estate company its an introduction video to the concept and model of the company, the persons nominated for the project will need to go through the company website that's about to launch to get a very clear understanding of the product and its brief. The video animation is for about 2:30 mins. There are also a series of video presentations that require visual effects to be intergrated through out the series of video's total about 20 mins, in these video presentations I want to provide 30-40% of visual demonstrations and highlighted points.
