Flyer And PDF Booklet

Hi Designers, I need someone to design a PDF booklet (1 for email and 1 for print (needs marks and bleeds) I also need an A5 flyer designed (1 for email and 1 for print (needs marks and bleeds) I want it to look simple, slick, natural and professional. You can use what ever colours your think look best. Earthy tones preferably. I have attached all the text in word files. I have attached several images that you can use in the flyer and booklet. They will need to be cropped in some cases and reworked. The Booklet should contain Text and Images. Format as you think looks best. The Flyer Should be A5 in size and be similar to look and feel of the booklet. I have also attached a reference from a previous year- please don't copy this! We want something completely new and much more slick. That one looks terrible.
