Build a Website

Well, All I am looking for is a school performance monitoring system for a kids/teen school. All students should be entities with parents as the users. Parents will be able to monitor daily attendance, activities(pictures), comments from various teachers, test and exam scores, events and monitor their ward(s) progress on-line. Teachers will have login privileges enabling them to create all these contents and access reports concerning students. There will of course be an overall admin.
