Project Description: 
Devices & OS: min iPad 4. I am looking for developer who could create a Web App for the iPad. The webpage will be open by customer in the studio via iPad and locked to one page only to complete brief order for the customer. The way I want web app to work is as follows: 

 3. 2 to 4 ipad devices in the hands of customers or staff floating in the studio.
 4. When iPad goes the customer here a workflow process: a. Customers will fill out the following info: - Date: - Name: - Phone: - Email: - Zip Code: - How you heard about us: - Comments / Suggestions: Then customer clicks “Complete” button and order goes into queue with customer ID/Name.. Displaying a short msg, something like: Thank you for your order it will be ready for pickup in 5 days... (id like to have option to edit this msg). b. Our staff pickup an iPad from customer table and must have option to edit additional info regarding customer order: (typical edit info listed below) - Adult = drop down box to select qty of adults or number - Kids = drop down box to select qty of kids or number - Special = drop down box to select qty or number - Product SKU/Item Name = text box. (I prefer to have ability to scan barcode of the item directly into this text box instead of manually typing SKU’s) - Item Description = this must be a text box to write short description about finished craft. - When everything is filled order is complete and our Staff must have ability to view/edit/ close out order of the queue page and print customer work order receipt with the all of the above information. iPad’s on the floor -> Queue page will be viewed at all times on the POS computer web browser -> print complete order to Epson POS printer. 8. In a nutshell, we are looking to replace pen and paper customer forms for every single work order for every single in-studio order. 9. New day must begin with a new order batch. We must have option to close previous date batch automatically or manually. 10. Another main objective is to be able to capture customer data and use it for future marketing. We must have ability to export all info into csv format. 11. New incomplete orders must be queue up and retrievable until order is complete. Or have delete functions via admin screen. 12. Customer must NOT have access to any other customer’s information/orders while entering their personal data on the ipad! Customer has one screen only to complete their personal info listed above and click submit. 13. Only studio staff must have separate management screen to pickup complete or incomplete orders in the queue. One generic ID / password for staff is enough. 14. Ability to scan barcode SKUs. 15. There will be NO credit card or any other type of payment processing. However, we do want basic websecuity security Build in to protect customer data and privacy. 
I am not looking for anything too complicated. Simple and to the point few pages web app for the iPad. Interface must be clean and simple. If I like your work, I may continue to develop further within the same application. I understand that I will need to setup/signup web services and etc.. When application is complete it cannot be re-sold online, itunes store or anywhere. I can provide sample/type of the barcode labels that we use in the studio. I can provide actual paper form that we are currently use in the studio. I am open to other ideas from your previous project / designs. I will provide POS Epson printer model.
