Help needed on my home IIS computer

I'm a system administrator with 5 years of experience in system administration and technical support for different platforms, I'm certified from Redhat, Microsoft, Vmware. I have the experience in linux systems, windows servers , vmware for virtualization installing, configuring, implementing and providing support for these products, also i have good help desk skills Communication skills, and support for different systems and applications.
