350649 site header and plug in

I have a finished template for an auto mechanic site. I have images and written content for the site. I need someone to make a couple versions( at least three to choose from) of a master Header for the site along with plugging in the written content into the pages with other images, alt tags and other seo metadata. Very simple straight forward job just header site is just css and html. Attached is the size proportion and an attempt at one header.
