teach me blender 3d

hello. i have a few task to teach me use blender. task: -teach me how to make character position to T. -i have import bvh motion and want to compile to fbx model. after i did all (with automatic weight, i did it) but when i play animation, that position not same with i have already edit it. so, i want anyone teach me how to make it same with position. - teach me how to add other bvh animation in same fbx file (i already have all bvh file). teach me using teamviewer
