Take my document (MS Word) and create a Kindle ready ebook

I would like someone who has had experience working with Amazon Kindle ebooks to help me take my word document and format it so it is ready to upload to the Amazon site. You will also need to add my photo shop graphics (which I have already created). If you wish to bid for this job, can you please list your experience creating Amazon Kindle e-book's or similar. It is very important that you have experience with not only formatting but also uploading to these sites.
