DESIGN A AUCTION TYPE WEBSITE

hey guys I am in urgent need of some one to design a auction website, where users can buy and sell and bid on items. i need the webiste to be compatible with social media, where users can share their products on fb and etc. I need the website to have for example let say hot products that will go online auctions, lets say online auction for one hour and the largets bid gets the goods, so if you think you can do this please let me know.. thank you
