Drive Users to Choose the Optimal Price Package!

I run an affiliate network that sells ad space on desktop, tablet and mobile devices. People can buy advertising space from us and each time a product is sold (ex., shoes) through their ad, then we charge them a % commission of their product price. There are 2 components to the page. First we ask the user to select their desired device type and then we ask the user to choose a pricing package. We want to drive users to select the OPTIMAL package, which is also the most expensive one. We also don't want to make it easy for the user to change their mind once they've selected the ALL device option and the highest price. The optimal package would be (1) all device types (desktop+tablet and mobile -- note, desktop+tablet is a single device type to us) and (2) the HIGHEST commission percentage. With the highest commission percentage, we will guarantee them at least 50% of the ad impressions. With the low commission percentage, we will guarantee them at least 25% of the ad impressions. We select the highest commission percentage by default, but we want the user to feel like the low price is the sub-optimal "entry-level" option that won't get them anything. We want to show that with the higher price, they're going to get the best deal. We need to follow brand guidelines and stick with our color palette of: 1. Green (hex 589442) 2. Blue (hex 0e5889) 3.
