Build a simple web interface to display graphs from mysql data

I have a door counter that stores information in mysql. Every minute the door counter stores a result of how many people go through the door. I need a simple web app that can graph that information and allow the user to select the day to graph, or allow them to select a group of days to graph against each other. I have attached picture of mysql data example. id=id count= how many people cross the door this minute time= the current hour in 24 hour (1-23) date= date in year/month/day format
