As you know that cost of any Application depends on the overall features/tasks & scope of work, so can you please spare some time & write high level list of features/tasks in a word document, just bullet points high level points for us to estimate it precisely. You don't have to write big paragraph but just high level bullet points features are fine, as all our developers team are experienced, so we can easily understand the scope of work.
