Build a Website

Hello, I need a super freelancer! Our website was built in wordpress but it is very slow. I tried to fix the speed with some plug-ins but they messed up our beautiful site instead. So I need a super freelancer to: • Fix up the layout of the site • Make some changes to the site so that it’s not so slow Jobs to do are: 1) fix up the site layout to what it was prior. I have included screen shots of what it should look like/did look like and the changes that are needed to get it back. It needs to look the same and be mobile responsive across all devices – laptop, mobile, tablet etc 2) I measured our site speed on a few websites, (google and GTmetrix), and there a few things slowing the site down. I am being told to serve scaled images, I used a plug in to reduce their size but it’s still slowing the site down 3) I need to have all sliders removed so that all text and images are static. When you go on the site you can see that text and images slide in from the left and right as you go down the page – I want this to stop and all images and text to be static. 4) Eliminate render blocking java script and CSS in above the fold content, (pls explain what that is to me). I am not sure if defer parsing of java script is the same but I need this done also. I don’t want any java on the site at all. 5) I down loaded plug-ins to minify java, css and html but it’s still showing up as needing fixing. 6) I downloaded a plug-in to help with browser caching but it’s still coming up an as issue Success will be measured by the following: Site layout being fixed up again, Website being mobile responsive and looking the same on all devices and Site speed increasing to above 85 on gtmetrix and google page speed tool Of course if there is anything else you recommend to speed the site up then I would love to hear it Job is urgent so I may appoint someone before the deadline as I need to get it complete ASAP.
