Hello, I can help you with your project. In order to properly assess its complexity, can you share with me the CVS file? If it's too big, then please share with me just the headers and some lines to have sample data to work with (I need to know the type of data that goes into each field to properly design the database). Also it would help me a lot to know which fields you want to filter your data when querying. All possible fields? Some specifics combinations? Please be thorough. Also, please describe how do you want the graphics layed out. What kind of graphics, if they are Cartesian kind, what goes on each axis. Whatever I may need to understand what you want to draw. We can split this project into these suggested milestones: 1. database design and CSV importing: you'll have with a database designed and scripts to create it based on a CSV file (provided you have the proper set up, this doesn't include configuring your server) 2. form to query database based on your specifications. Output will be just text, probably presented in a basic table grid with no bell and whistles, since the next stage will deal with that. By the end of this stage you'll have a working deployable site with DB and a working form. 3. view presenting queries in a graphical view according to your description. After finishing this stage you'll have a working site. Some questions: do you need to upload new data on a regular basis? Have other questions but no more space. Thank you.

Thanks for considering me. I may be just the right guy for the job. I'm an expert with databases, including creating/defining them and converting data into them. I'm also quite adept at creating interfaces of all kinds for them, too. And there are a lot of php/mysql software libraries for creating graphs that I'll be able to use. I've got all the skills you've listed, and I'm also good at Javascript and jQuery. I don't know much about poker, though, sorry.
