I have an existing website, however I need it converted to chinese (mandadin) and for it to be hosted in china as well as we are launching our business in china and it will be advertised on baidu. I will need a freelancer to do the following: -Build the website in mandarin (but also have a button on top for it to translate everything in english) -host it in china -set up an API for payment for wechat, Alipay and others as required -must be compatible on mobile phones as well -has to be able to load quick, as per googles and baidu recommendation when we enter the site for analysis -a chat feature on the website so customers can chat to us -I need to know the how much you will charge for all that is mentioned above, how much hosting will cost annually, and how much you will charge for maintenance/updates -you will be working with me and another staff member who will guide you on how the website is to be made. -time frame for everything will be 2 weeks maximum -other project details will be discussed with the right applicant

百度AUD 250 Operation fee for I geting your web promoted by baidu. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Baidu advertising Account setup fee: 5000 CNY + 1000 CNY. 5000 CNY for click fee ( 1 CNY each click ); 1000 CNY for 2 webs： one for PC web, the other for Phone web.
