Create an Animation

Hi, I would like someone to design me a animation for a logo/breast pocket picture to go on the front of a t-shirt. I would like a something along the lines of a rough/rugged looking rooster, maybe like a cross between Rambo and a rooster (if you can imagine that). I would like the rooster to have muscular build arms with tattoos like an anchor on it's shoulder, maybe a few scars or ruffled feathers to make him look rugged, also maybe a black eye, scar on it's cheek (if that works), could you try a few poses to see what works - maybe flexing a muscle. The hair could be longer and messy. Could you also have with either an old school dive helmet under one of it's wings or under one of its feet like it's conquering? War it up a little and possibly add chains of ammo around it's chest(ammo belts), maybe a cigar hanging out its mouth? Anyway I look forward to seeing your creativity in this design.
