Development of Graphic Design Template for Monthly Newsletter

I am launching a monthly, ten page professional newsletter commencing on August 1, 2008, to be delivered via the Internet and also in print form. Therefore, I am in need of a graphics professional who can develop an attractive template that can be utilized for this newsletter. This would also include some sort of logo as well. I don't envision this as being that complicated nor that time consuming of a project. I would note that if the selected provider performs well, I have other projects of this nature in the pipeline.
