Erstellen einer Animation

I'm looking for a 2D and/or 3D video designer to create the animation for a 4 mins long music video. The animation should be in this style: [login to view URL] You would need to replace the pen from this reference video with a head with a speaker as mouth who is spitting out all kind of drum objects (kickdrum, snare, tom, hi hat, crash, cymbal) but the general idea would be the same: alter/vary/move the head and/or drum objects (as well as the background) in all possible ways to keep the video interesting. I am aware that the reference video must have had a much higher budget than I am able to spend but in order to reach the same quality as on there while staying within my budget you could simply work with looped sequences. You would therefor not have to create unique content for the full 4 mins but rather say 4 to 5 around 15 seconds long sequences which you could then repeat/loop several times during the video.
