Expert Android UI/UE designer wanted

Expert Android UI/UE designer wanted. I'm looking for a designer that has an understanding of audio production. Examples, Reason 6, Ableton 8, etc... I already have a UI/UE designed for an audio production app, I'd like it to be touched up with professional graphic design work, and possibly any recommendations to make it better. I'd like the design to work from a screen size of 1.75"x3" and larger, and have easy to hit big buttons. If you provide a lot of useful input and do an amazing job we are even considering giving a bonus profit share and adding people to our team. Please have examples of your work. Thanks, Jeff
